Can I use domestic credit cards to refuel ?

Sure.
Can't use it on the fuel pump, go to the store to swipe and refuel
Domestic credit cards can be swiped at some gas station counters, and many counters are debit card only. Due to the international nature of the card, most gas pumps that require a zip code cannot be used. Additionally, in the United States, the price of credit card transactions at most gas stations is higher than cash, generally 5%-10% higher. The highest I have seen in Florida is a Shell gas station charging $2.05 per gallon in cash and $3.30 per gallon with a credit card.
