Has anyone rented from Europcar's subsidiary Advantage? Is it reliable ?

Don't use it, just got scammed. 1. No explicit way to indicate the item of charge. In this contract, it only says that it is an upgrade to advantage, which is the same name as their company, but in fact they secretly upgraded your car and charged double the rental fee. But if it was clearly stated as vehicle upgrade, I might not have upgraded. 2. The salesperson told the customer about one charging explanation before signing, but the signed contract was another charging agreement. It's difficult to verify everything again in a short time, and the charging explanation is destroyed after signing, making it impossible to keep evidence. 3. The salesperson made solemn promises on the spot and guaranteed to return the charge, urging the customer to finish signing the contract quickly on the spot. But I have already changed it for a month, and the promised temporary rent has not been returned yet.
I also want to ask, I also booked this car dealership.
