There are toll fees, not too much. It is said that the navigation can be set to avoid toll sections, but this will increase the distance. In my personal opinion, there is no need for this. We went from Melbourne Airport to Penguin Island, Penguin Island to the Great Ocean Road, and then returned to Melbourne Airport. The toll fees were not much.

I followed Google Maps and received a charge from the car rental company two weeks later. The toll fee for the round trip on the Great Ocean Road was probably less than 70 RMB, which is acceptable.
