We will be in Melbourne from Aug 11-19. If we choose to drive along Great Ocean Road with the kids during that time, will it be too cold? Is it not suitable? The elder one is 4 years old and the younger one is a little over one year old ?

If it's sunny at noon, it's a bit hot. A single coat is enough. If it's cloudy, you should wear more clothes. We wear single pants and a windbreaker is enough for the upper body at night.

It will be cold, so wear more clothes. It's only a short walk, about ten minutes. Let's go and take some photos. We can also take photos on the way there.

Oh, I'm worried about the child catching a cold, but I'll be in Melbourne for eight days, and I feel regretful if I don't go to the Great Ocean Road, so I'm torn.

It will be cold. Wear more clothes. Both of our kids were having a good time when they were 5 years old. I recommend visiting Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve on the Great Ocean Road. The kids will like it because they can see koalas, kangaroos, and other animals.

But koalas and kangaroos are not something you can see everywhere, right? Is the Great Ocean Road actually not very attractive to children?
