There are two termini, and I also booked at the one far away. There are more cars there, so it takes about 20 minutes to walk there. It's very convenient.

Termini Train Station has Avis. I returned it there. I didn't notice the other one. Although you choose to pick up the car at the train station, you may be given two options near you. Did you not notice when you chose it? If you choose incorrectly, you can only go to the one you chose, otherwise you have to cancel the order and place a new one.
