The deposit was quickly unfrozen, but once there is an infraction, it still needs to be deducted, because you have authorized it in the car rental agreement. If there is an infraction, such as driving on the highway without payment, the car rental company has the right to deduct the amount from your credit card. In Italy, infractions are usually sent by international registered mail to China three to six months later.
