I rented a BMW 2 Series Touring car, but they handed me over a Passat Touring car. It can fit 3 26-inch suitcases.

It's a 7-seater car. When the 3rd row is folded down, it can accommodate 4 26-inch suitcases. However, in this case, the cover that blocks the view above can't be pulled up.
