Seeking advice, leaving Melbourne on the morning of August 19th to drive the Great Ocean Road. The booked accommodation is near the Victoria Library. Is there a car pick-up point nearby? I'm planning to pick up the car on the evening of the 18th and load up the supplies, but I'm worried about not having a parking space and expensive parking fees. Or should I pick up the car the next morning, but I'm afraid it will take a long time. Which option is better ?
