You have to see if you are using a safety seat or a booster seat, but personally I feel that the person sitting in the back seat will not be very comfortable. I suggest changing to a seven-seater car.

Same as us, 3 adults and 2 kids. I rented an MPV. Two days with full coverage insurance was exactly 1000 RMB. Unlimited mileage. I think it's better than SUV.
