Is it tiring to drive from Waterloo to Quebec in one day ?

If it's to Quebec City, it's a bit far, probably over a thousand kilometers. You also have to pass through the Montreal downtown area, which is not easy to drive through. If you are familiar with the route, you can take Highway 30 to bypass the Montreal section, which will make it much easier. There are several bridge tolls along the way, about a dollar each. If you just left Ontario and stopped in Quebec, it's much simpler, only about five hundred kilometers.
