Yes, it's called the TouchGo card. You can buy it at 7-Eleven and gas stations.

Easy to use card, card fee is 10, recharge is 10 times the number. I went from airport to Kuala Lumpur, then to Malacca, Putrajaya, and back to the airport, only using 60 Malaysian ringgit in toll fees.
