Excuse me, do you guys rent a car immediately after getting off the plane for more than 10 hours? How long do you generally need to rest to adjust to the time difference ?

I was dizzy for two days, my wife was dizzy for three or four days, it varies from person to person.

No need to adjust your time zone. If you don't rent a car in advance, there may not be a car available for you at the airport.

Three days, but because of excitement... even if you don't sleep for 24 hours, you'll be full of spirit

No need to adjust to the time difference, just rest well on the plane.

Last year and this year, I went to twice. I felt that when flying at night and arriving at night, I slept less on the plane, and then slept when I arrived. I basically flipped over in two days. It's more comfortable than flying in the morning. Last year, I flew in the morning and arrived in the morning.

Don't need to pour. Try not to sleep on the plane in the evening, and sleep when you get off the plane and go to the hotel.

It varies from person to person. You can stay nearby after picking up the car and hit the road the next day. Those who often go out won't have jet lag.

I rented a car right after arriving at the airport. My mental state was not good. I chose to stay in a hotel that was not too far away. As for the time difference, it's hard to say.
