Is it that I rent a Thrifty car, will there be high management fees or so ?

If you always run the toll road, I guess it's a little more expensive than renting a surpass. I was just running the toll road during traffic jams, and driving normally when not congested. For almost 2000 kilometers of driving in Florida, I was fined a total of nearly 100 US dollars. In my personal opinion, it's about the same as surpass.
