Why are all the cars I see in Western Australia always driving at the speed limit? They drive at the speed limit even on straight, empty roads for tens of kilometers. There are often signs along the way reminding you that driving 0.5 km/h over the speed limit is still speeding ?

In normal cases, the speed is slightly faster, and the speedometer reading is higher than the actual speed. Don't slow down and block the way.
