Is parking easy in Langkawi? Do I need to buy a parking card ?

Basically stop at will, but do not stop where there are towing signs, even if you see many people have stopped, these places are easy to be ticketed. The roads on both sides of Zhen Nan Beach are basically full of parked cars. I stayed for a week and only found that almost all the cars on both sides were ticketed one day.
