Excuse me, do we need to pay for parking if we only stopped for less than 10 minutes ?

You should pay when you park. If you are going to leave and no one gives you a ticket, you don't have to pay.

Depending on the area where you park and whether the driver is in the car, if you park in a paid parking area, the driver must pay to leave the vehicle, even for five minutes. If there is no parking receipt in front of the windscreen, there will definitely be a fine.

Stop at the parking space marked P30. It represents that you will not be charged for the first 30 minutes. There is a machine next to it for you to pay the fee if you exceed the time by yourself.
