I tried calling during the day and also requested a callback. After the callback, there was always an automated message playing, and I hung up after listening for a few minutes and not waiting for a person to answer. I wonder if you are also in this situation ?

The website has the contact information of the provincial visa centers and the email receiving address. Ours was submitted on November 10th, and we have not received it yet. I tried sending an email last night and we will wait and see.

The immigration bureau's phone is basically hard to get through. Try more. I listened to an hour of music before I got through to a person.
