If you apply online, check the online application system where all the pdf files are. A letter will appear there when the visa is granted.

Application submitted on a Monday. Emailed on Wednesday that it was handed over to the visa officer for review. Visa was issued on Friday. People who have recently started applying for visas may be planning to go in November or December. There will be more people.
