No need to bring photos, they will be taken on site. Whatever size you bring, they will say it's not up to standard. They will take them on site and it's not much more expensive.

Bring your own photos and there will be a long queue, but please remember not to wear jewelry in the photos.

The size standard on the website is just the regular two inches. They say it's not up to standard in order to make money from the licensing fee. The photo used on the visa is taken when fingerprinting, so even if you bring a qualified one, it won't be used, just for pasting on the form to look at.
