You can do it at the self-service declaration machine. You can also do it when you pass through. If you don't understand English, it's best to print out your itinerary, prepare your return ticket and hotel booking, and show them all together. It's just asking where you're going, where you're staying, and how long you'll be there.

Together as a family, it seems like at most 5 people can fill out one form. If the cigarettes, alcohol, and money are not excessive, choose No. Once I chose Yes for money, I was not allowed to pass through the express lane and went back to the window. The customs officer asked how much money I was bringing . I told him that I had exceeded by a few hundred Canadian dollars, all of which were change. The customs officer stamped and let me go. So try to choose No if the excess is not too much. It's best not to exceed at all. I don't know English. Yes, scan the passport, take pictures, and fill in the options. After completion, print. Take this form and passport to go through the express.
