There are cross-boundary coaches directly from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou and they are still in operation. But I am not sure about the situation a few days later.

Take a boat to Nansha Port or Lianshan. No need to enter the country... But please note that luggage cannot stay overnight. You must inform the shipping company of the luggage ticket in advance.
