Thanks for everyone's reply. I'm going to pick up the car at 8 a.m. Is Whistler worth going ?

Whistler doesn't have to be lived in, it's only a 2 hour drive from Vancouver. It's a winter sports destination and many people go there specifically to stay for a few days. In the summer, it's not necessarily a must-visit. Kamloops is located at half the distance from Vancouver to Jasper or Banff, purely for resting and staying one night before continuing the journey.

Drive to Whistler to experience the famous Sea to Sky Highway. But there is a practical problem of too much distance and too much fatigue to run from Whistler to Banff or Jasper in one day.

In Vancouver, of course, first is Vancouver, second is Vancouver Island, and then if you have time, you can go to Whistler. That's a ski resort in winter, and you can also go in summer.

Hearing from people who have been there that there are nice hot springs.
