Can anyone tell me if it's possible to drive to Dolomite? Is the road good to drive on? I haven't driven in the snow before and I don't know how to put on snow chains, but I don't want to just stay in the city. I'm hesitating between going to the Dolomite or the Road of the Gods ?

Nov. 2-5 passed by Dromedary. The road was very narrow with many bends. I felt like holding the steering wheel tightly, driving a Volvo XC90 with four-wheel drive and snow tires to Otissee where it started to snow. On the second day, when going to the Gadina Mountain Pass, I lost control twice and slid! I suggest that you'd better not go to high places in winter! Safety first, otherwise the whole village will come to eat!

I just got home today. Let me share my experience of renting a car in Italy for your reference. I picked up the car on October 6th and returned it on the 28th, a total of 22 days.
