Can anyone tell me if it's possible to drive to Dolomite? Is the road good to drive on? I haven't driven in the snow before and I don't know how to put on snow chains, but I don't want to just stay in the city. I'm hesitating between going to the Dolomite or the Road of the Gods ?

Nov. 2-5 passed by Dromedary. The road was very narrow with many bends. I felt like holding the steering wheel tightly, driving a Volvo XC90 with four-wheel drive and snow tires to Otissee where it started to snow. On the second day, when going to the Gadina Mountain Pass, I lost control twice and slid! I suggest that you'd better not go to high places in winter! Safety first, otherwise the whole village will come to eat!

I think we'd better not. The Dolomites are mountainous and you don't have any experience driving in the snow.

Drive from Venice to the Dolomites in the evening. First it rained cats and dogs, and then when we went up the mountain, it was snowing heavily. It was all mountain roads and dangerous. But the scenery was super beautiful.
