Avis returned the car at night, not overdue, the car was in good condition, and returned with a full tank of gas. I rented a car from Avis without making a reservation and they charged me 240 euros. They didn't refund me for the full tank of gas I returned the car with, and they didn't deduct any money for the kilometers I drove. I went to Tuscany.

It's impossible to be a traffic violation. The traffic police don't care about your traffic violations at all. You have to pay the fine yourself.
