Hi, I picked up my car yesterday and found a crack on the left bottom of the glass this afternoon. But I'm not sure whether it's there before I picked up the car or it just appeared later. Do I have to file an insurance claim ?

If you have bought full insurance, just file a claim. Contacting customer service won't help you verify whether it was there before you picked it up.
