Hello, I checked the route from my place in Kuala Lumpur to my place in Malacca, and it takes 5 to 6 hours by bus and involves multiple transfers. The fare is definitely within 100 ringgit, but I'm also a little worried that I might miss my stop and go too far. I saw that car rental is around 200 ringgit, and the drive is only 2 hours, but I'm not an experienced driver. Which option should I choose ?

Why transfer by bus? You can go to the station to buy long-distance bus tickets. Different companies have different models, which are very comfortable. You can consider it. Renting a car also has its convenience.

Take the coach to Malacca, it's cheap.

Take the bus for about 20 ringgit to Malacca.
