Why are all the cars in Italy driving so fast? Every single one is going about 150 mph. How is it that everyone is going over 110 mph when the speed limit is only 110 mph? Are there no speed cameras? I'm driving that fast too, not sure if I'll get a ticket ?

CCTV cameras are few. Just follow the car of the local people. You won't be photographed in general. Italians also don't pay fines every day.
