From Italy to Switzerland to France and then back to Italy, will the car be checked by border police when crossing the border line ?

There are police at the border who conduct random checks. There are also police who check cars, but it's random. I've had experiences where I was stopped and then let go after they saw I had an Asian face.
It depends. Generally, I don't check.
Italy stopped for a symbolic moment when entering Switzerland
There are checkpoints, but in general there are no checks. I have crossed back and forth more than a dozen times, and I have never encountered any checks.
Look at whether the police are happy or not, many of them do not check
