motel checkout was charged cleaning fee, the room fee was only 300, because smoking in the toilet and one plate was not washed. To deduct 200 for smoking fee + 200 cleaning fee, the hotel phone was always unreachable. Booking reservation, has already communicated with customer service via message. Smoking is not allowed indoors. You have to go outside to smoke.
