I saw in my rental agreement that it seems to say that someone else can book the car for me. I just asked the customer service that the car rental fee can be paid on behalf of the driver. Pre-authorisation can be refunded in Melbourne, but not in Tasmania. The main driver's own Visa credit card must be used.

You must have the visa credit card of the driver. If you don't have it, please cancel the order immediately. I forgot that my husband didn't have a visa before. He is the driver. I called the customer service and the customer service said that without a visa, the order can only be cancelled and my visa cannot be used.

It's best to have two or more credit cards with enough credit limit when you are out, as a back up.
