Can you cook in the hotel ?

Not necessarily, when making a reservation, check the hotel facilities. Many of them have kitchens.

Check the room configuration when booking the room. The rooms we stayed in on the way had shared kitchens, some rooms had separate kitchens, and the rest of us cooked vegetable and egg noodles for breakfast using our own small electric pot. The instant noodles sold there were tastier and cheaper than those sold in China.

Hotels with apartment-type rooms can cook, but the price is higher than that of standard rooms.
