Malaysian drivers can be a bit reckless, but they are much more rule-abiding than those back home. So don't intentionally slow down to block the way.

At first, you need to get used to the direction and try to follow the car. And the cars there drive very fast, don't be panic.

Steering is opposite to domestic, and there is no difference between driving automatic and manual. It's just a matter of getting used to the feeling of driving. Don't drive too fast when you first get the car. Get familiar with it first, and you'll get used to it soon.
