Parking in the city center is quite expensive. You can find hotels with free parking. Be sure to stay in the city center, which is convenient for walking. If you live too far away, you'll spend a lot of time on the road, and there's also the issue of parking.

What do you see in the city center? It takes me about 25 minutes to get to Haikou Port if it's not rush hour. It's cheaper to park at the pay parking meter.
