It's more than enough time. We'll arrive in Los Angeles on July 16th and return from Salt Lake City on the 29th.

Delete either Colorado or Antelope Canyon, and it's about the same. And the ticket for Antelope Canyon is not necessarily available. I couldn't book one for the end of May when I booked one at the end of March.

Time is not enough, unless you just get off and check in throughout the journey. The total distance is about 5300 kilometers, which is not feasible to play.
