Could you please tell me if the train to Jungfraujoch passes through Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald, would it be unnecessary to drive there again ?

I think it's great to take the train directly.

Yes, it takes three train rides in total to reach the summit from Interlaken. I personally feel that if you like, you can stop for a while and then take the next train. You don't need to drive up because you still have to go back the same way by car, the scenery won't be much different, and parking is not very convenient.

If you come down to play by train, it's the same as driving, but there are many things to play in every place, such as Grindelwald, I think two days are not enough.
