Google Maps displays real-time traffic conditions when online, reflecting sensitively and accurately. When there are accidents, road repairs, or road closures ahead, it will provide early warnings and suggest alternative routes, along with distance and travel time for you to choose. It also includes satellite and street view images, as well as other textual and photo explanations to give you a comprehensive understanding of the surroundings. These features are unmatched and superior to any other GPS navigation maps, but they do consume data when running. However, when there is no network signal, you can download Google offline maps for the relevant areas or routes. Google Maps will automatically switch between online and offline based on the actual situation during operation; offline mode does not consume data, but it is not much different from other GPS systems, lacking real-time traffic conditions and possibly slower response.
