Big cities have supermarkets like New World, while small towns usually have 4 Square supermarkets, which are slightly more expensive than big supermarkets.

Nothing bigger, the price inside is similar to other places, not small, both meat and vegetables are available. We stayed for three days. Garlic, ginger and green onion are all available here, but there are fewer seasonings.
