The deduction at the gas station may be a pre-authorization. It is not a real deduction. You can ask the bank whether it is a pre-authorization or a consumption. I have this pre-authorization when I refuel in Norway. The deduction is based on the actual amount of fuel added. Please keep the gas station receipt.
