It's no problem to go back and forth between the first bridge in Huoqiu Valley and the glacial lake in half an hour. The path is well-maintained, unless it's rainy or windy.

Up and down are still relatively flat. It takes us two people about 3 hours and a little more to go back and forth. People with poor physical fitness can leave a little more time.
