URGENT HELP! When we were at the airport we were told that the Schengen visa's length of stay is less than the expiry date and it's only 8 days, whereas our total trip is 14 days, including 8 days in Croatia, 2 days in Bosnia and Herzegovina and 2 days in Montenegro. Is this ok ?

Only Budapest is Schengen, the other countries are not, but if you enter and exit from Budapest, your visa date must correspond to the date of your ticket, and your Schengen visa must be for two entries or more
