I have also placed an order but have not yet traveled. I think it should be okay, but it's best to ask the Rent the Runway customer service for confirmation.

I personally think that if you didn't apply when placing the order, you should be able to go to the rental agency and explain to customer service that you want to add a driver. However, if the option you selected is not a flash rental, the additional driver may also require a translation of the international driver's license and may incur additional charges.
