I have also placed an order but have not yet traveled. I think it should be okay, but it's best to ask the Rent the Runway customer service for confirmation.

In my opinion, if you did not apply for it when placing the order, you should be able to go to the rental shop and explain to the customer service that you want to add a driver. However, if you choose not to rent it on the spot, the additional driver may also need a translated international driving permit, and there may be an additional charge.
