There is such a requirement, but if you exceed 30 days, you can terminate the lease. A Sienna costs only eight or nine hundred US dollars a month, much cheaper than renting from a car rental agency. All car rental agencies can do this. Eight or nine hundred US dollars a month still includes full insurance. It's just a regular rental. There are mileage restrictions, but the price is much cheaper.
