Do you have snow on the road when you rent a car in Interlaken ?

Caught in the heavy snow at night, I heard the snowplow clearing the snow in the late night. In the morning, the road was covered with snow, but it hadn't frozen, so it wasn't very slippery. By noon, the snow had almost melted. I kept getting up at night to see if the road had frozen. If there was no ice, I could drive normally, just keeping a safe distance from other cars.
