You want to check the app. WeChat sometimes doesn't receive it and won't record it in the account. I've encountered this too.

Pre-authorization SMS does indeed show consumption. But there will be no real expenditure. You can ask your credit card center. There will be no refund talk naturally without actual expenditure. It will only naturally release pre-authorization.
