Your visa authorizes you to stay for a period of 22 days in the Schengen area during the period from the 15th of July to the 20th of August. The 22 days must be taken continuously and cannot start before the 15th of July and must end before the 20th of August. If you enter the Schengen area on the 15th of July, you must leave before 23:59:59 on the 5th of August.
