I plan to rent a car at Frankfurt airport. During the trip, I will visit Switzerland and Austria, and finally return to Frankfurt airport. Are there any restrictions on the vehicle? Will there be additional fees? What are the requirements for my driver's license ?

Switzerland and Austria need to buy high-speed tickets and paste them on the windshield. They can be bought at border gas stations. There are no restrictions on vehicles, and the driver's license needs to be translated by a person certified by the German Higher Court.
Absolutely not. In Germany, you must have a translation document recognized by them. I encountered a checkpoint when I went there in March, but fortunately the procedures met the requirements.
