Next month I'm planning to drive from Kuala Lumpur to Penang. Do you have any friends who have shared their experience of driving in Malaysia ?

Not much experience, all the way on the expressway, very easy to drive, with toll stations

Have you left? I want to rent a 7-seater car to Penang on the 23rd, but there are 4 adults and 2 children. The rental company says that C1 is not allowed.

Don't occupy the fast lane for a long time. If there are vehicles approaching from behind, let them overtake for their convenience. There are many motorcycles, so pay attention to blind spots. Don't get on the fast lane if you don't have the courage to drive at a speed of over 130 km/h.

I just drove back along this stretch, although it's only 300 kilometers, it took me the whole afternoon to drive, the whole expressway has no scenery, and I feel a bit wasteful of time. There are quite a few cars, the speed limit is 110, but the cars on the fast lane drive very fast, so we must give way. Motorcycles will speed up very quickly. Fill up the gas first and then pay. If there is an accident, go to the police station to report after taking good photos of the scene, and make sure to take a picture of the nearest mileage plate. Bring a car charger and GPS, road signs are only in Malay, so you have to rely on navigation.
