May I know how long does it take to pick up the passport after receiving the email notification that it has been returned to the visa center one week ago ?

You can ask the visa center by email. It usually takes a week to get it, but it's convenient to ask by email in case you go empty-handed. What a pity!

Did you choose express mail or self pick-up? Express mail will be directly delivered to your home by EMS. If you choose self pick-up, you should be able to get it during working hours. It took about a week for my passport to be delivered back after I sent it in.
