How many Chinese people are there in Santiago, Chile ?

I live in a hostel with 5 people. In the morning, when I went to apply for a visa in Bolivia, I met 4 people, a father and son, and a pair of girls from Beijing.

There are about 30,000 people.

I haven't seen a single Chinese person yet.
