I rented a Rav4 from Budget in Picton before the National Day. The car did not come with a navigation bracket or a car charger. I suggest bringing your own bracket that you are used to using, otherwise it will be very inconvenient. The cigarette lighter charger is a standard item and is universal ^O^.
